Hi, More help with Toshiba WebCams: Run your mouse around the outside edges of the monitor to see if the camera software is running (usually on the left side is a slide out though it can be in other places). Also check in the notification area near the clock on lower right. On my Toshiba, which is a different model, the camera software is located here: 'C: Program Files Camera Assistant Software for Toshiba traybar.exe' You can use Start - Computer OR Windows Explorer to navigate to it. That loads the slide out on the left edge on monitor and the icon in the notification area.

Be sure to check with your System Maker's Support, on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums (if any) where there would be others with the same model if a built-in WebCam or the actual WebCam Maker if a separate device.
